The debates

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Dear Women: there are four MEN on NATIONAL TV talking about how you aren't to be trusted with your own bodies. You've basically lost already</p>&mdash; Rudy Gardea (@Rudiology) February 23, 2012</blockquote>

I wrote this yesterday, and the ghost of religion hangs its ugly head. But women, luckily men know whats best for you. Thanks for allowing us to still run your lives.

Money

A coincidence, I imagine, but it sure is poetic. In mid-June, just before the Occupy Wall Street movement took shape, JPMorgan Chase donated what the financial organization itself described as "an unprecedented" $4.6 million to the New York City Police Foundation, part of which will be used to expand and fortify surveillance systems.

So you can buy a politician, but it also looks like you can buy NYPD.

Iraq Lies

Panetta appears to link al-Qaeda presence with Iraq invasion

“The reason you guys are here is because on 9/11 the United States got attacked,” Panetta told the troops. “And 3,000 Americans — 3,000 not just Americans, 3,000 human beings, innocent human beings — got killed because of al-Qaeda. And we’ve been fighting as a result of that.”

Lets get this straight again, Iraq had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with 9/11. The fact that that lie can still be slung around and no one bats an eye is a testament to the apathy in our country now.

Redlight Camera

Redlight cameras have been turned back on, thus overturning an election. It's great to see that Houston Texas bowed to it's corporate overlords.

New age crap

The athletic young man who arrived in Dr. Deepak Chopra's classroom last month for a course in leadership was impeccably dressed in a hunting jacket, polite and unassuming. http://www.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/africa/03/30/libya.gadhafi.son/index.html?hpt=C1 Are there any of these new age douche bags that don't do blatantly stupid things? I know it's all money driven.

Maybe

They could be the earliest Christian writing in existence, surviving almost 2,000 years in a Jordanian cave. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-12888421 Wouldn't it be funny if at the end, it just said "This is all a joke".

its stuff like this

http://www.cnn.com/2011/POLITICS/03/10/king.security/ so muslims are becoming radicalized? ok. but of course you don't stop there, you have to bring up the radical christans too, they are just as dangerous.

Legalize weed

It's been a hot button issue, and because of that it's inevitably going to be legal. The big argument is that it's dangerous, so far that's been debunked, it's time to have real clinical trials.

Just a refresh

Fake smile

"For some, it may be just another mundane aspect of work life — putting on a game face to hide your inner unhappiness. But new research suggests that it may have unexpected consequences: worsening your mood and causing you to withdraw from the tasks at hand. " http://www.nytimes.com/2011/02/22/health/22really.html I have never felt good about a fake smile. I smile when I smile, I don't like to force it. But maybe if you're not smiling normally, that's your problem not forcing it.
